We Day is all about the moments. We day is about the movement. We Day is a collection of youth from around the world that are actually making a positive change in the world. And the epicenter is We Day Toronto.
For those that know me, I worked as a book editor, and, eventually, as creative director with Me to We. I saw the world. I worked with some of the most talented, beautiful souls I’ve ever met. I saw young people truly change the world. I saw raw passion. I saw a great need. I saw impact. To be able to go back and share my photography to capture something so special, was moving. To be granted all-access. There were myriad moving moments throughout the day, like looking into the eyes of Gord Downie and saying Thank You. Thanks again, Gord. I’ll let this round-up of photos showcase the other moments. Thank you, We Day. Thank you to the youth of tomorrow. We’re in a great place with you.

Amazing shots! I still get goosebumps when I see students at We Day cheering for the world THEY want to create.
Goosebumps, that’s the word!
